Mike is a Brazilian member of the QSMP who was announced on April 28, 2023, and joined for the first time on April 30, 2023. He is part of TazerCraft, along with Pac.

Physical Description

Mike is a humanoid with light skin, green eyes, and natural pink hair, which he occasionally dyes brown. He has black glasses with tape around the nose bridge. He usually wears a green t-shirt with a creeper face pattern and white shorts with green polka-dots. He has been described as "handsome for a scientist".

History

Pre-Server Backstory

Allegedly, he spent his childhood hunting oxen.

Mike, Pac and Cellbit were in prison together prior to the events of QSMP, referencing Tazercraft's series Fuga Impossível from 2015. In the series, after failing to rob a bank, Pac and Mike were sent to the high-security prison Alcatraz, where Cellbit was a fellow prisoner and Felps worked as a guard. Cellbit's character was known as "Cell" due to the cellphone he owned. Cell was a killer and cannibal who bribed guards, manipulated Pac and Mike, and killed several other prisoners, including a friend of theirs named JV. Cell forcibly included himself in Pac and Mike's plans to escape from the prison with another prisoner named Guaxinim, and he tried to turn them against each other when the four became trapped on an island together, resulting in a confrontation during which Mike stabbed Pac with a knife. However, Mike, Pac, and Guaxinim were able to trap Cell on the island and left him behind.

Even before it was made explicitly canon, Fuga Impossível had been referenced on QSMP many times, including a build Pac and Mike made in their early days on the server that recreated a prison cell from the series, prompting an explanation of their pasts to Richarlyson. They also included JV's corpse in part of their Murder Mystery arena. Fuga Impossível has since been confirmed as canon, especially via Pac discussing it with other characters like Fit.

Tazercraft's series involving Herobrine, such as Herobrine: A Lenda have also been referenced on QSMP, though it is less clear whether this is also canon. (See Related Canons for more.)

Early server days

Mike arrived on Quesadilla Island on a cargo ship along with Cellbit, Felps, Forever, and Pac on April 30, 2023, during the Brazilian Arrival event. The five of them adopted Richarlyson, and quickly established the Favela as their home.

Richarlyson lost his first life while herding bulls with Mike, leaving Mike with deep guilt. Following this death, the Favela Five started "Project Immortalyson", an initiative to train Richarlyson so he wouldn't die again.

Pac and Mike built Chume Labs together and constructed an arena for their Hide and Seek minigame. They also built a drill using Create that they named Carla, which was capable of destroying Federation buildings, but they were forced to disable it and later held a funeral for it. They built most of the decorations for the Festa Junina event in the Favela, and also built the venue for the Cellbit-Roier Wedding alongside Foolish. Ramón's Barbería opened in the Favela shopping center and Mike acted as chief hairdresser, giving unique haircuts to numerous residents as well as a Federation worker that TazerCraft nicknamed Walter Bob.

Presidential Election

During the Election, Mike ran for president, branding himself as a communist and anarchist. Pac acted as his campaign secretary.

Mike took part in the first and second Presidential Debates, and he and Pac were interviewed on Maximus's talk show Gordinho Gostosinho together.

During the Election phase, Tazercraft built a train that successfully transported server members into the then-locked Nether dimension. They also began constructing an arena for their Murder Mystery minigame.

Following the Election Dinner on July 27, 2023, Pac and Mike were arrested by Foolish, who was acting on orders from the Federation, and were put in separate cells in a Federation prison. The next day, they were able to successfully escape along with Walter Bob, who had also been imprisoned. During the escape, Mike killed a Federation worker. The warped to the Murder Mystery arena and Walter Bob was suddenly recaptured by another Federation worker, who left a book saying that this was revenge for the worker Mike had killed. This upset Mike greatly, and led him to play a prank on Foolish that made it seem like he'd killed Leonarda as revenge for Foolish's role in the events.

Kidnapping

Pac and Mike were attacked by a Binary Entity while exploring with Richarlyson on August 11, 2023. The entity seemed to be focusing its attacks on Pac. Richarlyson warped to seek help from Forever, who was able to get both of them back to his base using enderpearl stasis chambers. However, as they were telling him what had happened, Pac was teleported to the middle of the ocean, and woke up imprisoned once more. Mike managed to find and free him on August 22, 2023, killing another Federation guard in the process.

On September 4, 2023, Mike was kidnapped by the Federation while with Pac and Richarlyson. He was not found until September 25, when Pac, Fit and Tubbo discovered clues that led them to an underground prison where Mike had been frozen in ice. They freed him, but throughout the day Mike was acting strange. He was overly suspicious of Fit, telling Pac not to trust him, and laughed at Pac's account of the suffering he and Forever had experienced while influenced by the Risus Potion. Mike was encouraged to snort cocaine by Foolish, who hoped it would restore his former state of mind. He refused, but instead smoked some kelp, which made him very high and quite literally opened his eyes to the mysteries of the world. They later dropped an anvil on his head, causing him to enter a coma for several months.

Return

Mike awoke on December 20, 2023, briefly exploring the server before being sent to Purgatory 2. After returning from there, he was reintroduced to the island and told about what had happened while he was gone. He finished building the Murder Mystery Arena, which Pac hadn't been working on in his absence. He also started constructing a chocolate factory.

QSMP 2024

They often tease each other and joke around together, including making suggestive jokes at and about each other. They are generally good at making each other laugh. They have known each other for a very long time, having been partners in crime many years ago and getting arrested for trying to rob a museum together. This got them sent to prison and initiated the events of Fuga Impossível, where they met Cellbit, who at the time was eventually able to manipulate them to turn against each other, causing Mike to stab Pac with a knife during an argument after they had escaped the prison. However, even this ultimately couldn't drive them apart. Before Mike's disappearance, the content creators streamed on the same Twitch channel, and were often in a Discord call together rather than using the in-game voice chat, meaning they could talk and hear each other even when physically apart. This led fans to headcanon that they had a mental link, which was referenced by Pac on stream. They have also referred to sharing the same soul.
