Felps is a Brazilian member of the QSMP who was announced on April 28, 2023, and joined for the first time on April 30, 2023.[2][3]
Felps is a humanoid with brown skin. He has brown hair and amber eyes. Ever since being kidnapped by the Federation, he has had a dark bruise-like spot on his left arm, which he said upon waking up was painful.[4]
In his newer default skin, Felps wears a red shirt with rolled-up sleeves and a white collar and cuffs. On his right shoulder, he wears a hot pink armband with a symbol of his signature '-' face. He wears black trousers and brown boots with heels. He has a pair of leather bracelets on his wrists, a leather belt, and a leather strap over his shoulder with a diamond pickaxe on his back. He also wears eyeliner.
Felps's old default skin had lighter skin and smaller eyes, as well as a generally less saturated color palette, but the outfit was similar to his later newer default skin. He wore a dark red shirt with a white collar and cuffs, and long black pants. He wore a pair of leather bracelets on his wrists and a diamond pickaxe strapped to his back.
After being kidnapped by the Federation, when Felps woke up in the place where he and Cellbit were trapped, he was wearing a pale blue gown, no shoes, and no pants.[5] He also had a new bruise-like spot on his left arm.
At the Cellbit-Roier wedding, Felps wore a black suit vest over a white shirt with half-length sleeves, and torn half-length black pants. The cuff of his shirt was dark red on his right arm, and pink on his left, though this could also be taken as a bandage covering the bruise on his left arm. He also wore a tie in his signature bright pink.
At the First Debate Night, Felps wore the same clothes he'd worn to the wedding, except the pants were a little shorter, he had grown a beard, and was now wearing bunny slippers. The spot on his knee was gone, and his left sleeve cuff changed from pink to light gray.
At the Festa Junina event, Felps wore light blue overalls with torn knees over a pink checkered shirt. He wore a pink bracelet on each wrist, and a straw hat.
Felps also had an outfit for construction work, in which he wore an orange and pink warning vest over a white t-shirt, dark blue shorts, black shoes with pink details, a yellow construction worker's hat, and brown gloves, the one on his right hand with a pinkish-red cuff, the one on his left with a light blue one. He also had a variation of this skin with a beard.

He occasionally uses autotune on his voice for dramatic effect.[6][7]
He enjoys breaking things, and spent many of his hours on the server digging a large square in the ground.[8]
He likes pasta, and made it one of his presidential campaign promises to give pasta to everyone.[9]

Prior to QSMP, Felps worked as a prison guard, referencing Tazercraft's series Fuga Impossível from 2015. The series centers around Pac and Mike's escape from the prison of Alcatraz after they were imprisoned for failing to rob a museum. In the prison, Felps was a corrupt guard who was secretly being controlled by Cellbit (who then went by the name of Cell), though the reason why Cell was able to hold power over him was unknown.[10] Cell was trying to prevent Pac and Mike from escaping the prison without him, and at one point had Felps search their cell on his orders.[11] Immediately before Cell, Pac and Mike escaped the prison, Cell went on a killing spree and killed several prisoners and guards, including Felps.[12] (See Related Canons for more.)
Felps has referenced his death during Fuga Impossível on QSMP, and stated his dislike for prisons.[13]
He has also mentioned having worked as a bus driver.[14][15]
Felps arrived on Quesadilla Island on a cargo ship along with Cellbit, Felps, Forever and Mike on April 30, 2023, during the Brazilian Arrival event. Felps was the one driving the boat, and it crashed because he thought it was like riding a bicycle.[16][15][17]
The five of them adopted Richarlyson, and the Favela was quickly established as their home. Following Richarlyson's first loss of a life to a bull, they started "Project Immortalyson", an initiative to train him so he wouldn't die again.

Felps ran for president in the Election, though on the whole, he didn't take his campaign overly seriously, mainly making campaign promises related to pasta and the capybaras, and purposefully stalling when it was his turn to talk during the First Debate Night.[9][18][19] He ended up being the only candidate not to get a single vote from any of the islanders, and ranked the lowest in all other voting categories as well.[20]
After the Election, Felps returned to mainly working on his square, often working alone with Richarlyson or hanging out with the capybaras. Once, while he and Richarlyson were working on the square, Richarlyson was downed by a mob and had to be warped by to N.I.N.H.O. by Bad, which scared Felps.[21]
Felps woke up again on the last day of the Prison Event. He seemed disoriented, unsure if he was still dreaming.[22][23] His reaction to learning he'd been asleep for months was shock, disbelief, and denial, and he insisted things from several months ago had happened only yesterday.[24] He only believed he was awake when Bagi killed him with a chainsaw, saying the pain had convinced him.[25]
Throughout the stream he often began to emit holy music.[26][27] Several of the other players prayed to him, and he played into this and blessed them in return.[28]
