ElMariana, also known as Mariana, is a Mexican member of the QSMP who was announced on March 22, 2023, and joined for the first time on March 22, 2023.

Physical Description

Mariana is a humanoid male with peach skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. He wears glasses.

Skins

In his default skin, Mariana wears a yellow jumpsuit with a white collar, half-framed glasses, red gloves, and red boots. On his shoulders, the white straps of a cape are visible. This outfit is heavily inspired by that of Saitama from One Punch Man.

For the custody trial, Mariana wore a black suit over a grey waistcoat and tie and a pair of brown dress shoes. Beneath that, he wore a white shirt with gold cufflinks. A watch was visible on his left wrist, and a gold pixel was visible on his left hand, which may have been intended to represent a ring.

Personality

Mariana is an emotionally open person, usually displaying his feelings — which are often intense — on his sleeve. He displays affection or attraction openly and directly (kissing Fit's bald head, having sex with Slime, suggesting threesome w/ Cellbit during Brazilian Arrival^{[Citation needed]}), although some of his friendships (like that with Roier) have a mutually teasing dynamic. He is equally direct about his negative feelings (calling Slime a bitch^{[Citation needed]}, going to attack Roier after Pepito said Roier was angry), and is quick to laugh or mock in situations he finds amusing, which has gotten him into danger. Unlike many of his neighbors, he does not make a habit of going to lengths to hide his intentions or information.

Mariana is very musical, often singing to himself and others, he plays the harmonica and beatboxes. He likes animals and has had many pets.

He cares deeply about his daughter JuanaFlippa and was heavily affected by her deaths. While she was alive, he treated her gently and with patience; he would often joke with her in a harsher tone, but was quick to clarify that he was only teasing.

He has demonstrated an inclination towards self-destructive behaviors; he was not seen for several days after JuanaFlippa died, only showing up to her funeral with signs of heavy drug and alcohol consumption, as well as having forgotten to wear pants. At the same event, he expressed intention to set off TNT he had brought to the church so he could die and be with JuanaFlippa, but was stopped by other residents. He also asked Slimecicle multiple times if he wanted to "do a Romeo and Juliet" to be with their daughter.

Mariana is open about his sexuality, holding the record for the greatest number of Minecraft RP sex incidents on the server (tied with his preferred partner Slimecicle).

History

At the Egg Adoption Event, Mariana was assigned Slimecicle as a partner and the two of them adopted Juanaflippa.

On Day 19, Mariana misclicked JuanaFlippa's bed, taking her second life.

He attended the Trial of JuanaFlippa and was sentenced to ten minutes in jail, but broke out before his sentence was finished to see JuanaFlippa's revival.

Five days later, Mariana took JuanaFlippa's third life due to the Sweeping Edge glitch. After this, he was not seen until the Funeral, where he was eventually able to say a final goodbye to JuanaFlippa.

Mariana finished building his house, fulfilling a promise he had made to JuanaFlippa.

Mariana did not wake up again until months later. He met CodeFlippa, immediately realizing she was not the same as his late daughter, but followed her to the Nether, where she trapped him in a hole.

Mariana woke up in Purgatory a handful of times, where he reunited with Slimecicle.

Mariana was assigned to be one of the parents of Pepito.

Mariana was put in prison for the crimes of misclicking, as well as escaping jail and not fully serving his previous sentence. He met Pepito in prison and caught up with many of the other islanders.
