Census Bureau, more commonly known as Cucurucho, is a key part of The Federation and the de-facto ruler of Quesadilla Island, often taking a more active role than either of the managers.

Physical Description

Cucurucho/Census Bureau/Smile is a white being sometimes referred to by the residents as a "snowman" (luzu) or "bear" (Roier "osito bimbo"). According to Jaiden it has soft fur.^{[Citation needed]} It has black paws and black claws. Sometimes it has pink ears and a pinker nose. When it is pinker its claws and paws are shaped different.^{[Citation needed]} Sometimes it has dark grey ears.^{[Citation needed]}

Before the Felps Kidnapping it was seen sporting a Novelty Hat (he was number 1).^{[Citation needed]}

Duron Maxo's hospital stay it was seen wearing a surgical mask.

Personality

Cucurucho is the Federation's employee. As such, its first priority is allegedly making sure that the island residents are enjoying their stay, though it seems to be aware of the fact that this is often not the case and even be amused by it.^{[Citation needed]}

It most often communicates either with TTS, or using books.
