WB18, better known as Agent 18, was a B-rank Federation worker. He first appeared on the QSMP on October 24, 2023.[1] His departure from the QSMP was announced by his admin on March 18, 2024.[2]
Physical Description
Agent 18 shared the basic, blank appearance of all standard Federation workers. He wore the typical Federation guard uniform. During his experience investigating the murders of Federation workers under Foolish, he started wearing a pair of chainmail pants in the hope that this would keep him from sharing their fate.
Personality
Agent 18 was snarky, condescending, and deeply caring when it came to his coworkers (including Foolish). His sympathy, however, did not extend outside of this small circle (with the notable exception of Tinakitten, though it was unclear why).
He was very quick to make assumptions while investigating, wanting to interrogate and arrest people for minor suspicions. He was constantly antagonizing island resident, with his primary enemy being Tubbo. He sometimes referred to eggs as "bio-capsules", expressing how much he didn't care about them, despite fully understanding how much the eggs meant to their parents (as evidenced by him referring to Leonarda by name and asking Foolish about her).
He was quite superstitious about ghosts; when he heard invisible Bagi sneaking through the Federation offices, he instantly put down a circle of candles to stand in.
He was constantly referencing cartoons. He'd called Foolish "Jabberjaw" after the animated shark, Bagi "Cruella" because of her hair, Aypierre "Tintin", Tina "Lola Bunny" and Tubbo "Charlie".

Trivia
- It seems like the chain pants accessory was chosen by the admin as a quick way to help distinguish this new Fed characters apart from others. (However, Foolish ended up giving the pants an in character explanation/justification anyway.)
- Out of character, Agent 18's admin has shared his vision on how Agent 18 died:[3]
