양띵, romanized as 'Yangdding' or 'Yang-dding', also known as 'YD', is a Korean member of the QSMP who was announced on March 8, 2024, and joined for the first time on the same day.

Physical Description

Yangdding is a light-skinned humanoid with dark purple-blue eyes, dark brown hair and a blush. She often wears a chocobo armor set.

Personality

Yangdding is artful, vigorous and loyal.

She is a master thief and likes stealing other people's things to the point of sometimes acting like a kleptomaniac. She also likes getting gifts.

When interacting with others, Yangdding tends to be blunt. She loves teasing others, joyful whenever she manages to embarass someone or make them otherwise flustered. She is often sarcastic, and enjoys being a troublemaker. She can be emotionally manipulative. With her close friends, however, Yangdding is loyal and persistent, ready to kill for them and help them even when it is difficult for her.

Yangdding is fierce and competitive, not afraid of a fight. She is not above metagaming and combat logging. She likes dirty humour and spicy jokes, but doesn't appreciate casual nudity.

She originally introduced herself as 'YD' thinking that he full name's pronunciation might be too hard for foreigners, but later taught some islanders how to say it correctly. She uses a percentage system to rate how well others pronounced her name. She does not speak English, but sometimes uses qlobal translator to type using Latin characters.

She sometimes jokes that sheep are her kindred because of the fact that the Korean word for 'sheep' is 양 ('yang'). Amazed by the wildlife on the island, she wanted to collect various animals and build a zoo; she also had an aquarium in her house.

History

Yangdding and her friend KongKong first joined server on Day 350 (March 8, 2024), and was shown around by Quackity, Philza, Tubbo, and Pac. She quickly made herself a house and spent a big chunk of her first few days hanging out with BadBoyHalo, who was more than happy to show her around and help with starting out. On Day 352 (March 10, 2024), while hanging out with Bad, Quackity and Roier at her place, she first met Cucurucho, with it haunting her and the others.

On Day 355 (March 13, 2024), she was visited by Mike, with whom they immediately started a prank war. In the following days up until the server closure, she spent a lot of time hanging out with various islanders.

BadBoyHalo	☆ Very Positive	Bad—or 'BB', as Yangdding tends to call him—is arguably Yangdding's biggest non Korean-speaking friend on the island. He'd helped her a lot in her early days as one of the poorer residents, even setting up an ender pearl chamber for her in HOME. She thought he was cute for helping her so much, and trusted him with teaching her full name in Korean (as well as some other phrases), with Bad teaching her how to say "fudge" and "muffin" in response. Just like a lot of other non anglophone islanders, she was amused by how he was called "BadBoy" even though he didn't swear and appeared very sweet personality-wise. She'd tease and take photos of him robbing Hugo to try and make him a theft accomplice. She also once joked that BB was her egg (in reference to the chocobo armor she often wears), with BB disagreeing, saying that if anything, she was his egg because of how he had been taking care of her. While she regretted that she hadn't joined QSMP earlier, she was grateful for the opportunity to bond with BB.

LetsHugo	Positive	Yangdding was one of the people to meet Hugo on his first day on the server. She advised him to beg others for items to progress faster, as it was what she had been doing. The two, along with KongKong, robbed Acau for resources, and taught him how to make avocado's sandwiches.
Mike	Positive	She first met him on Day 355 (March 13, 2024) when he came by her place with a gift. She was a bit suspicious of him after he'd introduced himself as "a mad scientist", with her feelings getting validated when he tried robbing her and broke her house's glass roof. He then repaired the roof, and tried reassuring her that he was just checking if he was trustworthy. Yangdding was not amused, threatening to kill him in response. Despite Mike trying to get on her good side, Yangdding remained distrustful of him after that first encounter. She thought he was cold-blooded because of the way he treated his sheep, and threatened him after he'd joked about stealing from her. She conitnued teasing him, and after BB suggested they resolved they differences via a fist fight, she successfully beat Mike even after he'd tried running away. The fight helped them set aside their disagreements, and from then on Yangdding had a higher opinion of Mike, even if their prank war continued.

Quackity	Negative	Despite him being one of the first people to meet her, Yangdding was distrustful of him, and was ready to kill him over a disagreement with BB. Later, when her house was haunted by Cucurucho, she was ready to sacrifice him to it; and when the sacrifice didn't work, she decided that he was simply a bad sacrifice.
Roier	Neutral	Roier was introducing to Yangdding by Quackity on Day 352 (March 10, 2024). He was determined to perfect his pronunciation of Yangdding's name. After hanging out with him and Quackity for a bit, she concluded that both of them were crazy.
