A cinematic played, briefly summarizing the QSMP story so far (though a lot of it was factually incorrect, such as implying the islanders had decided to stay on Quesadilla Island of their own free will, and not mentioning any of the things the Federation had done to them). Another cinematic then played, showing a train arriving at the QSMP 2024 train station, and Hugo spawned in a cage in a large enclosed room, with BadBoyHalo, Foolish, Quackity, Roier, Tubbo audibly talking outside the room. There was a book with instructions on how to solve the challenge that the room presented, with Hugo having a version in German, and the other members in English:

Hugo initially had trouble understanding how to push the box, but managed to solve the first puzzle, which was simple and only involved pushing a box across the room onto a button.
Next was a small parkour section. The second and third puzzle gave him some trouble, but he managed to solve them both.
Next was an elevator the other players nad to move up and down for him to get into, and they communicated via yelling to each other, even though he actually couldn't hear any of the other players, and was only reading the transcriptions.
After another small parkour section, he got to a larger room that the other players could access by standing on a bridge, and they yelled at each other. He didn't know what to do for this room, and they tried to help him, but again, he eventually figured it out. There were several more puzzles in this room, including one involving redstone.
At the end of this room was another elevator controlled by the other players, after which Hugo's ability to hear the voice chat cut out again as he solved another box-pushing puzzle.
Next was a winding but empty corridor, and he wondered if the other puzzles had been removed because he was too stupid; but then a cinematic played showing him exiting the maze, as well as a train arriving at the station.
The players were all teleported into the train station, and were able to talk to each other freely. Hugo was greeted by the players who had been watching him, who by this point had also been joined by Tinakitten.
Hugo went searching for dungeons. On the way, he encountered the castle Ramón had built for Fit's birthday, and attempted to enter, thinking it was a dungeon. However, a wall of barrier blocks prevented him from entering. He tried to get over it with a water bucket, but found the top covered as well, and when he tried to dig inside, he briefly got trapped beneath the ground of the castle, which had also been covered, before managing to find his way out again.
He returned home to continue work on his house.
While Hugo was in a cave gathering materials, Pac found him and came down to say hello. They had a brief discussion about football/soccer, during which Hugo brought up the 7:1 Germany-Brazil match and Pac jokingly threatened him to never mention it again. They also briefly talked about the German Bundesliga.
They went to Pac's house, where Pac showed him his underground bedroom and they taught each other a few phrases (mostly swear words) in each other's respective languages. Pac also taught him to say "passa tudo" and invited him to join the "Passa Tudo gang", explaining that this meant he would have to steal from people. Hugo explained that he already was a thief, and accepted the invitation. They then parted ways.
Hugo continued building his house and set up a throne for his girlfriend, a teddy bear named Vivi, inside, before logging off.
